WeWork Be’er Sheva

I am not a hi-tech person at all but every time I go to the Gav-Yam Advanced Technologies Park in Be’er Sheva, I am truly inspired. Just from the parking lot I get views of the lovely residential neighborhood of Ramot, the impressive Negev Brigade Memorial, and the recently completed bridge connecting the park to the train station and Ben Gurion University. I find it amazing that I’ve watched an area go from nothing to something before my very eyes.

One Small Step

“So here’s my challenge to you: If you’ve ever had one of those transcendent moments in Israel; if you love Israel and appreciate the beauty and importance of Jews living there; if you’ve ever daydreamed about making Israel your home - then find out what the smallest possible next step is, and take it. No giant leaps - just one step.”

Oleh Spotlight: Jeffrey Fantl

I made Aliyah in 2008 after my "year in Israel." I knew it was now or never--I was 19 years old, just at the right age to make adult decisions without the adult responsibilities. Nefesh B'Nefesh made my Aliyah process very smooth and I soon joined the Hesder program of my Yeshiva, and enlisted in the Paratroopers Brigade.

Employee Benefits

A relationship between an employer and an employee is no different than any other relationship – it begins with high aspirations. An employment relationship creates legal obligations on both the employer and the employee which should be considered and evaluated before commitments are made and before the relationship is established. You must comply with the minimum requirements of Israeli law which are likely significantly different that those in the Old Country.

When Erin Erskine found Tal on OkCupid, she messaged him, “I want to learn Hebrew. The Entrepreneur Committed to Saving Lives

In 2004, Ariel Beery was fresh out of the Israeli army and an undergraduate student at Columbia University. Israel was a hot topic on campus, and Ariel found that the discussions were far from nuanced. There were pro-Israel activists and there were anti-Israel activists, and thousands of miles from the Middle East, the student body could not find common ground.
