Nefesh B’Nefesh has alerted the government authorities of your arrival and a representative from Misrad HaKlita will be expecting your arrival.

For flight departure updates and information, be in direct contact with the airline or travel service you booked your flight with.

Documentation

Pack all personal documents, including every original document that you presented to the Jewish Agency, in your carry-on bag.  You will not have access to your luggage until after Aliyah processing.

The letter cannot be expedited, it is a government document and as soon as it is produced, we’ll forward it to you. PRINT THIS LETTER.

Valid Israeli passport holders, in lieu of an MFA letter, you will present your Israeli passport.

The days before your flight, Nefesh B’Nefesh will email you a letter from the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) allowing you to board your Aliyah flight.

The letter cannot be expedited, it is a government document and as soon as it is produced, we’ll forward it to you. PRINT THIS LETTER.

  • Within 72 hours of travel to Israel, you must complete a PCR corona test. The negative results must be presented in order to check in for your flight.
  • Within 24 hours of travel to Israel, you will be required to complete two online forms

PCR TEST UPON ARRIVAL AT BEN GURION

All travelers entering Israel are required to have a covid-19 test administered upon arrival at Ben Gurion Airport.

The Ministry of Health announced that beginning June 1st, PCR tests are required entering and exiting Israel at the traveler’s expense.

THE FEMI TEST&GO PCR TEST

  • The Femi Test&Go PCR testing at Ben Gurion is available for travelers of all ages, regardless of having recovered from Covid-19 or vaccination certificate.
  • Advanced payment is NIS 80 and upon arrival NIS 100 and can be made with both International and Israeli credit cards make your payment here.
  • Misrad HaKlita has requested that all Olim pre-register/pre-pay ahead of time.
  • When you login to make your payment, if the webform is in Hebrew, click on the Israeli flag and it will turn to a flag of Great Britain (English).
  • It is recommended to choose the passport option and not Teudat Zehut for your Aliyah flight.  Additional family members can be added as needed.
  • Print out any receipt you receive. You will be escorted through this process and then on to collect your luggage afterwards.
  • This is a new process that is subject to on-going revisions, please bring some extra patience.
  • You must go into Bidud (self-isolation) for 14 days. You can end Bidud early or be released from Bidud by following the protocol below relevant to you.

The Israeli Ministry of Health requires all travelers to Israel to fill out this online form (Is: Health declaration air arrivals – Corona Traffic Light Model (Ramzor) Website) within 24 hours of your international flight

One form must be completed per family

Once you have completed the online form, you will receive a reference number. Secure this number, you will need to show it during the check-in process.

The Misrad HaBriut website for completing this report is currently not functioning properly. When you are 24 hours before your flight, kindly try to complete the form in Hebrew. If it doesn’t allow you to complete the form to the end, be sure to allow extra time at check in to receive support from your airline.

What to Expect upon Arrival:

You will be provided free transportation to your chosen first destination in Israel which at this time is your place of self-quarantine.  If you are going to a corona hotel facility , free transportation will be provided when you finish your self -quarantine to your first destination of your choice in Israel.

Health and Safety Guidelines

  • Bring your own facemask, to be worn in the airport and during the flight.
  • Only passengers are permitted to enter the airports.
  • Expect multiple temperature checks.

Greeting Upon Arrival at Ben Gurion

A representative from Misrad HaKlita will greet you to assist you as you deplane; look for a sign with your name or “Olim”.

Baggage Allowance

Your baggage allowance is determined by and limited to what is included in your ticket fare.

Lost or Damaged Baggage

In the situation that your baggage has been lost or damaged, please be sure to file a claim before exiting Ben Gurion airport.
