Aliyah Flight

Nefesh B’Nefesh and the Jewish Agency for Israel’s flight benefit includes a one-way ticket on a Nefesh B’Nefesh scheduled flight.

When you receive your Aliyah flight benefit approval from the Jewish Agency, the Nefesh B’Nefesh Flights Department will reach out to you inviting you to make a flight request based on available flight options. Please review the flight schedule to determine what works best with your Aliyah plans.

*Connecting flights, upgrades, and additional luggage are at the responsibility of the Oleh.

DISCLAIMER: Aliyah flights must be arranged via Nefesh B’Nefesh in order to utilize the Aliyah Flight Benefit. Once you submit your flight preferences and have the necessary approvals and documentation, we will assist you with booking your Aliyah flight. We will do our best to accommodate your first flight preference; however, we cannot guarantee that all Olim will receive their first choice. Nefesh B’Nefesh has the right to withdraw any of these flight options at any time. Should that occur, NBN will assist you in making alternate flight arrangements. Depending on the time of year in which you make Aliyah, not all of the options noted above may be available. If you cancel your reservation or change your flight fees may apply.

Luggage Guidelines

Every Oleh, regardless of age, is entitled to two pieces of luggage with a maximum weight of 50 pounds each and up to 62” (height+length+width). Olim will be charged for additional, overweight or oversized luggage, just as any passenger. Do not expect the airlines to be lenient.

Pack all of your original documents in your carry on bag. You will need them for processing at Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv. You will not be reunited with your luggage until you have completed your Aliyah processing. (Additionally, it is generally good practice to keep valuable items in your carry-on rather than in checked baggage).
