INITIATIVE FOR
ZIONIST INNOVATION
YOUR IDEA. YOUR IMPACT. YOUR COUNTRY.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Nefesh B’Nefesh, together with the Steinmetz Herskovitz Family Fund, believe in the potential to improve Israeli society and the community you live in.
It is obvious to most North American Olim that the structure and texture of Israeli communities is very different from where they grew up. It can be a struggle for Olim to find their place, which can hinder their integration and satisfaction.
The 2019 Initiative for Zionist Innovation is all about community – what would you like to institute in your neighborhood that can serve as a model for community-building throughout the country? With mentorship from community builders, networking assistance, seed funding, and logistical support we believe that Olim will change the model of community in Israel and will help other Olim integrate into Israeli society.
Nefesh B’Nefesh and IZI deeply appreciate the generous support & leadership of
Marty and Pearl Herskovitz
Applications for the 2020 prize will open during Fall 2019.
