• Merkaz – Holon, Petach Tikva, Ramat Gan, Ramla, and Rechovot
• Jerusalem Area – Jerusalem Binyan Clal, and Jerusalem Talpiyot and Beit Shemesh
• South – Ashkelon, Ashdod, Be’er Sheva, Eilat

Please Note: License Conversions are available during morning hours only (8:00-13:00) with the following exceptions:

• North branches – available during all office hours.
• Jerusalem Talpyiot – also available on Tuesdays between 15:30-17:00

As part of the process of converting a foreign driver’s licence, Olim will need to pay a visit to their local Bureau of Motor Vehicles after completing the other steps (online form and eye test). Below you will find the list of Misrad Harishui branches which do foreign license conversions.
