This guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.

Important Things to Know Before You Begin

• The delivery service is provided by Be’eri Printing House, the official printer for the Ministry of Transport and Road Safety.
• Delivery services require a separate fee paid directly to Be’eri Printing House.
• The service is available for 48 hours only, beginning at midnight after your license fee has been paid (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • For example, if you pay your fee on Sunday, the delivery service will be available from 12:00 AM Monday through 11:59 PM Tuesday.
• If you do not make a choice within the timeline above, your license will be sent via regular Israel Post mail to your home address (as registered with Misrad Hapnim).
• Driver’s license fees can be paid:
  • Online through the Ministry of Transport website
  • At self-service kiosks
  • At Israel Post branches
  • By phone at *4515
• Check the top-left corner of your temporary license to see whether a new photo is required.
• If a new photo is needed, visit a Ministry of Transport-approved optician with a valid ID. Delivery options will become available once your photo has been uploaded to the system.
• If your license is not issued within 45 business days of taking your photo, the photo will no longer be available to the printer, and a new photo will be required.
• Home delivery options will be sent to the address registered with Misrad HaPnim (Ministry of Interior).
• If your license is returned to the sender, an additional delivery fee will apply.

How to Order Delivery for Your Driver’s License

Follow the steps below to choose your preferred delivery method and complete your order.

Step 1: Access the Service

Visit the Risha’yon Ad Ha’Bayit website, scroll down, and click the blue Start button.

Enter your personal information and click the blue button to continue.

You will receive a verification code by text message. Enter the code and click the blue button again.

If you do not receive the code within a few moments, click the resend link to receive a new code.

Step 2: Choose Your Delivery Method

Select the delivery option that best meets your needs:

Please Note: Ben Gurion Airport Pickup

If selecting airport pickup:

• Your license will be available beginning at 4:00 PM on the day after payment.
• Licenses must be collected within two weeks.
• Pickup is available during business hours only.
• This service is operated by a third party and is not under Be’eri Printing House’s responsibility.

Step 3: Verify Your Address

Your delivery address will appear above the delivery options.
Carefully review the address displayed and ensure it matches the address registered with Misrad HaPnim.

Step 4: Choose Processing Time

Select one of the following processing options:

1. Immediate Processing – OR
2. Delayed Processing (after 48 hours)
3. Click to Agree to Terms of Service

Step 5: Complete Your Payment

Enter your credit card information and click the blue button to submit your payment.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order will be submitted.

Confirmation and Delivery Updates

After completing your order, you will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation text message.

You can expect additional updates via text message regarding your delivery status.
If you selected Registered Mail, be sure to check your tracking number every few days through the Israel Post website.

If your license has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

• Standard Mail: 14 days
• Registered Mail: 10 days
• Courier Delivery: 10 days
