Please Note: License Conversions are available during morning hours only (8:00-13:00) with the following exceptions:

• North branches – available during all office hours.
• Jerusalem Talpyiot – also available on Tuesdays between 15:30-17:00

As part of the process of converting a foreign driver’s licence, Olim will need to pay a visit to their local Bureau of Motor Vehicles after completing the other steps (online form and eye test). Below you will find the list of Misrad Harishui branches.
