From the US:

Airmail M-Bag Service
The cheapest way to ship books is using the Airmail M-Bag service available through the U.S. Postal Service. Rates are updated on the U.S. Postal Service web site. United Parcel Service

Aliyah Tip
Pack your boxes very tightly and seal them well! Boxes go through some wear and tear during the journey.
