COURSE FORMAT

COURSE FORMAT

Each course comprises 6-8 participants and takes place over Zoom. This three-month course meets twice a week for 2.5 hours a meeting.

The online course includes:

  • 60 hours of guided group instruction (24 sessions of 2.5 hours each)
  • 30 hours of self-study and project preparation under the personal guidance of an instructor
  • 5 hours of individual coaching from an instructor to refine their presentations, address challenging material, and expand on topics of personal interest.
  • Participants will have access to review materials on the online student learning center and access will remain open even after completion of the program.

Throughout the course, students will engage in structured presentations designed to enhance their ability to convey medical information in Hebrew:

  • Short Lectures (5–8 minutes) – Presentation of a medical case followed by peer Q&A.
  • Final Presentation (10–15 minutes) – A TED-style talk on a topic of choice, such as advancements in medical technology, innovative treatments, medical research, or personal experiences in healthcare.
