Mark Fitzsimmons

Mark Fitzsimmons brings extensive experience designing programs and leading complex initiatives across acquisitions, finance, human resources, operations, quality, technology, and customer experience. Over a 20+ year career, Mark has worked with organizations ranging from technology start‑ups to large multinational enterprises, as well as across all levels of government. He is a seasoned presenter and facilitator who has trained and shared best practices with audiences worldwide; from C‑suite executives to front‑line teams.

Mark is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Authorized Training Partner of the Project Management Institute. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, certified in Agile Development, the Net Promoter System® customer loyalty methodology, and holds the Certified Credit Executive designation from the National Association of Credit Management. Mark earned a BA in Organizational Psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting.
