Employment Opportunities & Resources

Finding Work

About 85% of all dentists in Israel work in private clinics or in group practice. Other employment opportunities include Kupot Holim, school clinics, Kibbutzim and hospitals. Dentists working in public institutions are allowed to work in private clinics as well.

To secure a dentistry job, networking and direct outreach to clinics are key. Connect with known dentists and establish personal relationships with others in the field. Look up local clinics online and reach out to them. For a comprehensive list of dentists, refer to The Israel Dentists Association. Keep in mind that many clinics don’t advertise, relying on word-of-mouth referrals to fill vacancies.

Attend professional conferences, such as the annual event hosted by the Israel Dental Association, as well as specialized conferences for various dental disciplines. Additionally, some companies selling dental products attend conferences where you can find networking opportunities.

Finally, stay informed about job vacancies by checking listings provided by the Israel Dental Association.
