On-Site Services Available

Meet with a representative from the Jewish Agency to learn more about Aliyah eligibility and the approval process.

For those who are already in the approval process, you may present your original documents to the Jewish Agency. This is by appointment only via your Aliyah Advisor.

Complete your FBI background check on-site. To register, prepay the $60 fee, and schedule an appointment (click here). Please follow the instructions carefully. This service includes fingerprinting and issuing your FBI background check by an external vendor. FBI background check: $60; with apostille: $160.

Note: Apostilles are not issued on-site. The vendor will handle processing and acquire the apostille for you from the relevant State Department.

Get your documents and notarized declarations authenticated (e.g., birth certificate, marital/personal status, and FBI background check). The vendors at the event may be able to assist with acquiring apostilles on some documents issued outside of the United States as well. This service is provided at a discounted rate of $120 for NBN Olim (for US documents).

Note: Apostilles are not issued on-site. The vendor will handle processing and acquire the apostille for you from the relevant State Department.

U.S. notary services are available for required affidavits and documents as part of your Aliyah. Bring the original document and a valid ID. Payment is made directly to the on-site vendor.

Learn about housing, available services, Ulpan, professional programs, your Aliyah benefits status, and how to obtain key documents, such as your Teudat Oleh.

Nativ is a division within the Prime Minister of Israel’s office that works with Jews from former Soviet countries to approve eligibility for Aliyah. Meetings to present documents and an interview with Nativ will be available for eligible North American Olim born in one of those countries. This is by appointment only via your Aliyah Advisor.

For your Aliyah process, you will need at least 5 or 6 official and identical passport pictures to issue your visa and your Teudat Zehut (Israeli ID card). At this event, you will be able to purchase 6 pictures for $24 or 2 pictures for $12.
