Vendor Terms and Conditions
By submitting this form, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms for participation consideration in the Aliyah Fair taking place on March 16:
Submission of this form does not constitute acceptance or confirmation of participation. All vendor applications are subject to review and written approval by Nefesh B’Nefesh / NBN Connect, and participation is permitted only upon explicit approval.
Nefesh B’Nefesh / NBN Connect reserves the sole and absolute right to accept, reject, or revoke approval of any vendor application at any time, including after approvals have been issued, for any reason deemed appropriate by the organization.
The applicant acknowledges that the event location is confidential and may not be published, advertised, disclosed, distributed, or shared in any format or forum. The location may not be shared with any person or entity whatsoever, under any circumstances, without prior written authorization.
The applicant affirms that all information submitted in this form is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Any false, incomplete, or deceptive information may result in immediate rejection or removal from the event.
Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the event, without refund or recourse.
By submitting this form, the applicant confirms understanding of and agreement to these terms in full.
