– Ulpan A: A five-month Hebrew language for beginners course in Kfar Saba (depends on the amount of subscribers).

– Cultural events for immigrants and providing exposure for immigrant artists (exhibitions, performances, etc.)

– Lectures and workshops that provide information and help with acclimatization.

– 90% discount on municipal taxes for apartments up to 100 square meters, for the first year from date of immigration.

– Free weekly sports activities for children and youth in the first year and 50% discount in the second year. Valid for municipal sports activities only.

– Free weekly sports activities for adults in the first year. Valid for municipal sports activities only.

– Enrichment classes in schools for children at a 50% discount for the first two years from immigration, valid only for the municipality’s enrichment classes.

– Discount on tickets for events and shows from the Ministry of Immigration.

– “Pele“ program for middle school and high school – a program designed to enhance and strengthen immigrant students in core subjects.

– “A Friend on the Way” Volunteers for Immigrants program operates in Kfar Saba and helps immigrants who have already used up their Ulpan credits but still need to practice the language. The program is dependant on the number of volunteers.
