Overview

We are hiring a Senior Operations & Client Onboarding Manager to lead client onboarding, improve operational processes and ensure high-quality service delivery across our business.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone highly organised, process-driven, and confident in working with clients, internal teams, and technical partners.

You will own the onboarding of new clients and additional service streams, ensuring data is collected, verified, uploaded, and handed over properly. You will also help manage day-to-day operations, improve systems and processes, monitor KPIs and support a high-performing operations team.

What you’ll do:
Lead onboarding for new clients and new service streams.
Set clear onboarding milestones and timelines.
Work with clients to collect, audit and verify technical, financial and operational data.
Coordinate with sales and senior management to confirm service deliverables.
Work with technical partners on remote connectivity, meter reading and equipment installation.
Ensure data is correctly uploaded into billing and operational systems.
Prepare tenant welcome packs and service-level communications.
Manage handover from onboarding to operations.
Monitor early billing cycles and resolve issues quickly.
Oversee operational workflows, KPIs and service quality.
Improve processes, systems, reporting and team efficiency.
Liaise with operations, finance, credit control, sales and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in operations, onboarding, implementation, service delivery, project management or a similar role.
Experience managing people, workloads or operational teams.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong client-facing communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects involving data, systems, deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail.
Confidence working with technical, financial and operational information.
Strong process-improvement mindset.
Experience using CRM, workflow, database, billing or project-management systems.
Calm, practical and professional approach under pressure.
Strong advantage- Over 5 years of experience in operations, onboarding, implementation, service delivery, project management, or a related field.
