Overview
We are a marketing services company that produces high-profile business conferences, both live and virtual, across North America.
We are seeking a Corporate Speaker Recruiter to identify, engage, and place subject matter experts in financial services and technology for our events. This role works closely with our operations, digital marketing, and CRM teams to ensure strong speaker lineups and smooth execution.
What You’ll Do:
• Source and recruit financial services and technology subject matter experts to speak at corporate events both live and virtual.
• Arrange and coordinate logistical details for the Speakers participation in the events. Maintain communications / support speakers and partners.
• Keep files, processes, and documentation organized.
Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills (Hebrew not required)
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
• High level of technical proficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
Plus: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce) and social media.
