● Recruit employees for all hotel departments, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

● Organize and lead employee welfare and engagement activities.

● Provide personalized and professional support to employees.

● Manage ongoing administrative tasks within the HR department.

Qualifications:

● Strong customer-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively as part of a team.

● High proficiency in both Hebrew and English – required.

● Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – required.

● Experience with Canva and digital advertising platforms – an advantage.

● Relevant academic degree – an advantage.

● Previous experience in Human Resources, including knowledge of payroll and administration – an advantage.
