Or Lacholeh | Heal Israel is seeking a project based, creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Fundraiser / Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is a rising social media influencer or digital campaign builder with proven ability in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, social media posting, and digital fundraising campaigns across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to take mission-driven work and turn it into compelling digital content that inspires giving, grows engagement, and generates real fundraising results.

About the Role:
The Digital Fundraiser will help lead our online content, digital campaigns, donor engagement, and platform growth. This includes creating and posting content, supporting fundraising appeals, managing digital campaigns, and helping expand our reach among donors in Israel and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage digital fundraising content across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms
• Plan and post content that supports donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, and organizational visibility
• Manage or support Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Help identify new digital platforms where we can run fundraising or awareness campaigns
• Develop creative campaign ideas to increase donations, recurring giving, and community participation
• Work with leadership and designers to create strong visuals, stories, and messaging
• Support outreach to English-speaking donors in Israel, the United States, Canada, and the broader Diaspora

Ideal Candidate:
• Native-level English required
• Strong understanding of Jewish communal life, especially in the U.S. and broader Diaspora
• Proven experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign posting
• Comfortable creating content for multiple social media platforms
• Creative, organized, and able to move campaigns forward independently
• Interested in fundraising and digital growth strategy
• Experience in digital fundraising, marketing, communications, social media, influencer work, or a related role
• Experience with nonprofit, Jewish communal, Israel-focused, medical support, or humanitarian causes is a strong plus
