About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media Manager to help
grow and steward the digital presence of a public figure, serving as CEO of an international
humanitarian organization, focused on Israel and bridging gaps between communities. Over
the past decade, she has been named one of Israels top 100 most influential women, as well
as one of the 50 most influential Jews, in addition to receiving a humanitarian award from
the Jerusalem Post.

This is not a traditional social media role. It is a hands-on content, storytelling, and growth
position for someone who understands how to build a meaningful platform that blends
faith, leadership, storytelling, and real-world impact.

You will work closely with the CEO and internal teams to bring her voice to life across
platforms—while helping expand her brand into a deeply engaged community and long-
term, sustainable platform.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Content Creation, Production + Editing:
• Capture and produce short-form video and photo content
• Edit content using CapCut and native tools
• Create Reels, stories, and posts aligned with the CEO’s voice

Posting & Daily Account Management:
• Publish content across Instagram and Facebook
• Write compelling, on-brand captions
• Manage daily story flow and engagement features

Community Engagement:
• Respond to comments and DMs thoughtfully
• Identify audience trends and themes

Strategy and Growth:

• Develop content ideas and series
• Track performance and optimize

Content Pipeline Management:
• Maintain organized content library
• Ensure consistent content flow

Real-Time Content:
• Capture and respond to timely moments

 

Monetization & Growth (Potential Scope)

As the platform evolves, there may be opportunities to expand into monetization in a way
that aligns with the brand’s voice and values.

The Social Media Manager may support these efforts over time:
• Subscription community support
• Brand partnership integration
• Affiliate/product storytelling
• Audience journey development
