Overview

The Grants Manager will work with KIEDF’s Head of Development to produce donor-ready materials and to prepare material for the full grant cycle necessary for growing philanthropic relationships.

Reporting to KIEDF’s Head of Development, the Grants Manager will prepare donor-ready materials and produce LOIs, proposals, reports, presentations and ongoing correspondence for donors and prospects internationally.

As KIEDF’s Senior Grants Manager, You Get To:
• Draft compelling English-language grant materials across the full lifecycle—LOIs, proposals, reports, presentations and correspondence;
• Collaborate with internal departments to collect information and data necessary for accurate, timely reporting and proposals;
• Extract and analyze data to support reports with accurate numbers and insights;
• Build and maintain internal dashboards to improve reporting efficiency and clarity;
• Conduct prospect research and help develop fundraising strategies;
• Create donor-driven marketing content aligned with KIEDF’s mission and priorities;
• Foster collaboration with teammates, offering support and sharing knowledge;
• Be open to guidance and feedback, and able to work well in a managed structure.

• Have demonstrated experience in the world of impact investment – an advantage!
• Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills;
• Are fluent in Hebrew and able to produce competent drafts for the full gamut of donor-driven materials;
• Are personable, motivated, and a team player;
• Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;
• Are detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, and energetic;
• Understand the Jewish philanthropic landscape;
• Are ethical and able to model high personal and professional standards.
