Background and prior experience:

Demonstrated experience with direct solicitations internationally and in Israel. Identifying and developing new donors.

Success in obtaining grants from foundations.

5 years of experience in fund raising (not public relations).

Basic requirements:

Hebrew and English at or close to the Mother tongue level. Additional language(s) very beneficial.

Excellent writing skills in both English and Hebrew.

Good administrative skills

Highly self-motivated

Available to travel

 

תיאור תפקיד – מגייס כספים

רקע ונסיון קודם:

לפחות 5 שנים נסיון ישיר בגיוס כספים (לא ביחסי ציבור)

נסיון מוכח  בגיוס ישיר מתורמים בארץ ובחו”ל. נסיון באיתור תורמים אפשריים, הקמת קשר ופיתוחם.

יכולת באיתור קרנות בארץ ובחו”ל בעלות יכולת ועניין לתמוך בפעילות מתאימה, להקים קשר עמם ולפתח את הקשר. כתיבה של ההצעות, להכין ולהציג מצגות מתאימות וכל המרכיבים הנדרשים לגייס את התמיכה שלהן.

פנוי לנסיעות ככל שיהיה נחוץ בארץ ובחו”ל.

דרישות יסוד:

ידיעת עברית ואנגלית ברמת שפת אם או קרוב לזה. ידיעת שפות נוספות יתרון גדול.

כישורי כתיבה טובים מאוד באנגלית ובעברית

יכולות אדמיניסטרטיביות טובות

בעל/ת מוטיבציה גבוהה ויצירתיות
