We are looking for a highly professional, service-oriented individual with native-level English, strong business acumen, and outstanding interpersonal skills to join our growing Mortgage Advisory team.

What you’ll do:

Guide international clients throughout the mortgage process, from initial consultation to closing.

Build and maintain trusted relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Coordinate with banks, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.

Review financial documentation and assist clients with required paperwork.

Manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications:

Native-level English – required.

Strong customer service skills with a professional and business-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Quick learner with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Previous experience in financial services, banking, mortgages, or client relationship management – an advantage.
