Role Summary

The CFO will partner with the founders to lead global financial operations, capital raising, compliance, and long-term strategic planning across Israel, the U.S., and Europe.

Hybrid; Full / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead capital raising (Seed → A → B), investor strategy, and due diligence

Build and own financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Establish financial systems, controls, reporting, and governance

Ensure compliance with Israeli Companies Law, tax rules, employment rules, and U.S. corporate requirements

Oversee cross-border structures, transfer pricing, and financial operations

Support manufacturing, supply chain economics, and global commercialization

Integrate IP strategy into financial planning and valuation

Qualifications

CFO or VP Finance experience in early-stage technology companies

Proven capital-raise track record

Deep familiarity with Israeli corporate, tax, labor, and securities law

Experience managing U.S. subsidiaries

Strong modeling, analytical, and investor communication skills

Understanding of hardware / manufacturing finance and IP-based business models

Preferred: Deep-tech, water / climate tech, or hardware experience; exposure to EU operations.
