Fogel CFO & Management Services, a fractional Finance Department firm, is looking to hire a client manager to cover the needs of our growing list of clients. If you have finance experience, are organized, responsible, have incredible attention to detail, and have an easy but professional way with people, we would love to have you join our team.

We offer ongoing or per-project assistance in everything money-related, big and small, so leaders can understand and unburden themselves of their financial to-do list.

Responsibilities:
• This position is NOT a back-office position. This person will need to be able to communicate and work well with others
• Adhere to deadlines.
• Possibility to work 1-2 hours daily during evening hours (for USA clients).
• Work under Director of Client Strategy.
• Develop and/or implement financial tools and models to predict future activity.
• Create and/or utilize tables to analyze past activity, including budget vs actuals and forecast accuracy.
• Lead finance conversations and employ tools and dashboards to aid financial comprehension.
• Oversee projects that utilize financial information and complex operations.
• Communication with clients, as well as with their employees and vendors.
• Initiate growth and system development.
• Assist with workflow and operational tasks, including monthly salary oversight and bookkeeping support.

Qualifications: 

• At least 5 years of experience with financial reporting, analysis, forecasting or similar responsibilities.
• Experience with pivot tables.
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard software – Strong Advantage
• Ability to operate under pressure and communicate calmly, even when the stakes are high.
• Mother-tongue level of written/spoken English.
• High-level of Hebrew.
• Flexible in learning new tools and adapting to different work environments.
