Opportunity to join as a WMS Systems Manager in Kfar Saba.

What you will do:
• Overall responsibility for managing, operating, developing, implementing and continuously improving the TMS (Transportation Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System), ensuring operational continuity, data accuracy, improved logistics processes and full integration with the organization’s systems (ERP, BI, CRM and complementary systems)
• Update and report to management and auditors on activity in your area of responsibility
• Manage work interfaces with various internal and external parties to resolve faults and problems, and handle requests and changes
• Assist in process definition with software vendors
• Manage and control integration between the ERP, TMS and WMS systems
• Assist in organizing and cleansing data infrastructure for the various systems
• Ongoing support of system vendors during implementation
• Represent the project and its needs to the company’s IT teams
• Manage and administer WMS users
• Identify, investigate and classify system faults
• Manage ongoing faults and changes with vendors
• Define and update processes together with logistics and software vendors after go-live
• Responsible for ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the systems
• Communicate the need for changes and adjustments to system settings according to operational process needs
• Produce and maintain management reports and controls for decision makers

Required:
• 3 years of management experience in logistics
• Experience in project management and working with vendors

Advantage:
• Experience supporting and managing TMS/WMS systems
• Performing integration between ERP and TMS/WMS systems
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Priority

Knowledge: Experience with Office applications
Education: Education in logistics / organization and methods
Good command of English
