Overview
We’re building a new sales team and looking for motivated early-career candidates who are highly coachable and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity to grow with us from the ground up.
POSITION
Combination of Israel & US hours (afternoon & night hours)
Full-time, Sunday – Thursday (40 hours/week)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Increase product sales (including, but not limited to, Roadshows, Visits, Mitzvah Projects)
Connect with leads weekly
Build meaningful relationships with returning clients and potential leads
Research & generate leads
(Including worldwide Youth Groups, Schools, Synagogues, Jewish Educators, Hebrew Schools, Federations, & Israeli companies)
Document all interactions in the database
Ensure a clean handoff of the sale to other departments
Experience with Salesforce (an advantage)

REQUIREMENTS
Native-level English speaker required (Hebrew fluency an advantage)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Sales, fundraising, or nonprofit experience preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and strong follow-through
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Comfortable using CRM systems and documenting all client interactions
Available for evening calls with leads & able to work from a quiet workspace (Wi-Fi/phone)
Experience with Salesforce (an advantage)
