Overview
This is an NBN Connect post on behalf of another organization.
An established non-profit dedicated to helping our brave soldiers serving in the IDF is looking for a full time Office Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative, coordination and logistical activities. Our office is located in Jerusalem, although a hybrid arrangement may be possible for the selected candidate.
The selected candidate will manage administrative aspects of our operations including:
• Donation data entry, campaign tracking and receipts
• Bookkeeping tasks include recording transactions, accounts payable, and reconciling accounts
• Tracking purchasing and working with vendors
• Maintaining and updating our websites and social media
• Preparation and submission of grant proposals
• Logistics coordination of project activities
• Office space management
• Providing support to our project management team to help further our objectives
Position Requirements:
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint), etc.) and CRM Software (ie. DonorPerfect, Salesforce)
• Website administration (WordPress), and visual content creation and editing (Canva)
• Strong English reading, writing and verbal skills
• Strong Hebrew, both written and verbal
• Communication and presentation skills
