Overview

A nonprofit organization operating in Europe is seeking Israeli/Olim creative professionals who are fluent in **Italian or German at a native level** for an interesting and unique project. (This is a part-time position, 10-15 hrs/week.)
Candidates must also have a deep understanding of the social media landscape in Italy and Germany, with a particular focus on TikTok and Instagram.

Requirements

* Native-level fluency in German or Italian.
* Must be based in Israel. The role is primarily remote, but occasional in-person meetings may be required.
* Strong familiarity with the social media landscape in the relevant market (Germany or Italy), especially TikTok and Instagram.
* Deep understanding of local culture, trends, online discourse, influencers, memes, and consumer behavior in Germany or Italy.
* Ability to identify and analyze emerging social media trends and culturally relevant content.
* Excellent written communication skills in the relevant language.

Strong Advantage

* Experience in the advertising industry, particularly in creative, copywriting, content, social media, or related roles.
* Professional experience creating, adapting, or evaluating content for digital and social media audiences.
* Familiarity with the local creator ecosystem, media landscape, and online communities in Germany or Italy.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a native-level German or Italian-speaking professional in Israel who maintains a strong connection to contemporary culture and social media trends in their home market. Experience in advertising, creative, copywriting, content, or social media is highly desirable, but candidates with exceptional cultural fluency and deep knowledge of the relevant online ecosystem will also be considered.
