Overview
We are looking for a Medical Representative who will serve as a key liaison between the company and the medical community in the field.
The role involves delivering reliable scientific, medical, and marketing information about the company’s pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. The objective is to support product adoption, expand market share, and achieve the company’s sales and marketing goals.
1-Year Temporary Position with Option for Extension.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct regular in-person and virtual visits with physicians in hospitals, healthcare organizations, and private clinics.
-Present clinical data, scientific studies, and technical product information in a professional and evidence-based manner.
-Identify physicians’ medical needs and provide suitable solutions from the company’s product portfolio.
-Meet sales targets, market share goals, and physician visit KPIs defined by management.
-Analyze regional sales data and develop regional work plans to improve effectiveness and business growth.
-Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
-Represent the company at medical conferences, seminars, and professional events.
-Provide ongoing reporting of field activities and customer interactions.
-Collect and communicate market feedback regarding industry trends, competitors, and physicians’ needs.
-Ensure full compliance with ethical standards, company compliance procedures, and Ministry of Health regulations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, Nutrition, or another relevant discipline) — mandatory.
-2–3 years of experience in a similar role as a Medical Representative within a pharmaceutical company.
-Ability to read, understand, and analyze scientific articles and complex clinical studies.
-Excellent communication, persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Strong ability to work independently in the field with effective time management and high self-discipline.
-Native-level Hebrew and a very high level of English, including the ability to read scientific materials.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-Valid driver’s license — mandatory (the role involves extensive travel).
-Willingness to visit medical teams in the Central or Southern regions.
