• Managing and supporting the front of house team during service
• Training and onboarding new staff
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Keeping shifts organized, efficient, and running smoothly
• Handling guest concerns professionally
• Working closely with ownership and kitchen staff
• Leading by example in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Leadership and management experience preferred
