Seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant & Household Manager to support a civic leader in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
This role combines executive support with management of a dynamic private residence functioning as an “embassy-style” home hosting Shabbat guests, delegations, and events. Ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, hands-on, and committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Household & Operations:
Oversee daily operations of a high-activity home
Ensure the home is organized, maintained, and guest-ready
Manage staff, vendors, maintenance, and supplies
Events & Shabbat:
Coordinate Shabbat meals, hosted events, and logistics
Manage guest lists and research bios
Oversee ordering and operations
Executive Support:
Manage a complex calendar
Coordinate meetings, visits, and logistics
Solve problems proactively
Guest & Communication:
Primary contact for guests and inquiries
Manage requests through follow-up
Systems & Administration:
Maintain and improve systems, workflows, and checklists
Organize, document, and track tasks
Who you are
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
Very organized and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure; able to manage multiple priorities and be proactive
Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
Independent, hands-on, and resourceful
Respectful of a religious household
Tech-savvy; fluent in English and Hebrew
Mature and seeking a long-term role
Full-time: 10:00–18:00 (flexibility required)
