Overview

Geerz, a therapeutic mountain biking program based in Ramat Beit Shemesh, is looking to hire a high-level, experienced professional as an executive assistant to the organization’s CEO (immediately). 

The candidate should have easy access to Beit Shemesh, be a team player, and have:

●            Strong organizational and time-management skills; be able to juggle multiple priorities.

●            Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●            High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

●            Ability to work independently, proactively anticipate needs without micromanagement, see the big picture and be passionate about the job.

●            Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with corporate professionals, donors, and educational and medical professionals.

●            Proficiency in AI platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

●            Has a driver’s license.

●            Native-level English; Hebrew proficiency required.
