Overview

Bayit Brigade is a residential community and support center for lone soldiers and discharged soldiers from Israel and around the world.

We are looking for a dynamic and community-oriented House Manager to lead the activities of our Tel Aviv residence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and support the community of lone soldiers and discharged soldiers living in the Tel Aviv house
* Work closely with apartment coordinators, local authorities, and community partners
* Plan, organize, and facilitate community events and activities
* Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers
* Oversee program implementation and expand community engagement
* Take responsibility for day-to-day operations, logistics, and ongoing follow-up

Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of management experience
* Experience working with young adults
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes independently
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Proven ability to work with diverse populations
* Passion for social impact, community building, and supporting others
* Full-time position based in Tel Aviv
