Connect is an educational organization operating experiential English programs for children and teens across Israel.

As part of our expansion in Be’er Sheva, we are looking for a Program Manager who will also take part in instruction for our younger age groups (5–10).

The role includes:
• Managing and leading the instructor community in the city
• Coordinating and operating multiple human resources and educational activities
• Taking part in the company’s strategic growth processes
• Teaching experiential spoken-English activities for children ages 5–10

Qualifications:

• Strong connection to working with young children (ages 5–10)
• Leadership and people-management abilities
• High level of responsibility and interpersonal skills
• High-level Hebrew — חובה
• Native-level / very high English proficiency
• Availability to work in Be’er Sheva
• Commitment to instruct at least one afternoon per week

Scope: Once a week to a full-time job
