Overview

Job Description:

Support the lead teacher in delivering daily classroom instruction in a bilingual setting (Hebrew and English).
Assist students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning and language development.
Help maintain a structured, organized, and positive classroom environment.
Supervise students during transitions, recess, and school activities.
Support classroom routines, behavior expectations, and social-emotional development.
Prepare materials and assist with classroom organization and displays.
Communicate respectfully and effectively with staff and students.

Qualification:

Significant experience working with elementary-aged children (required).
Ability to work in a bilingual environment (no need to be fluent in both languages).
Warm, patient, and supportive approach to working with children.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow classroom routines.
Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility.
