A Unique Opportunity to Build a New Kindergarten in Jerusalem

Want to build a kindergarten from the ground up and make a real impact?

As we prepare to open our new center at the Givat Ram campus in Jerusalem in September 2026, we are looking for a leading, entrepreneurial, and visionary kindergarten director. Someone who believes in high-quality early childhood education and wants to help us create a special place for children, staff, and families.

This is not just a management role – it’s a rare opportunity to establish an educational framework from scratch, shape its pedagogical culture, and lead a dedicated professional team.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the establishment of the kindergarten and its day-to-day operations
Manage and support a high-quality educational team (up to approx. 10 staff members)
Take overall responsibility for the education and well-being of around 60 children across two age groups (15 months to 6 years)
Ensure high pedagogical standards in line with the Kindergan educational approach
Build a warm, respectful educational community for children, parents, and staff
Foster open collaboration with parents and support children’s development
This role combines meaningful educational work with leadership:

~50% hands-on work with children in the classroom
~50% dedicated management time for team leadership, pedagogical development, and running the kindergarten

What We’re Looking For:
Professional training in early childhood education
At least 3 years of experience working in a kindergarten
Management experience (director, deputy, or group leader) – an advantage
Experience and confidence in working with parents, with strong communication skills
Ability to lead and inspire a team
A values-driven, open, and creative educational approach
Interest in innovative pedagogy and professional growth
Willingness to work closely with the network’s founders and explore new management approaches (e.g., agile), adapting them to early childhood education
