About the Role:
Livnot U’Lehibanot, a landmark educational and volunteer organization based in the Old City of Tzfat, is seeking a Director of Resource Development.

This is an opportunity for someone who is driven by purpose and impact, and who is looking to play a central role in strengthening and expanding support for meaningful work in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:
-Build and manage relationships with government ministries, public bodies, federations, and foundations in Israel and abroad
-Lead end-to-end grant management, from identification through submission and reporting
-Cultivate, retain, and grow relationships with individual donors

Requirements:
-Proven track record in fundraising and resource development
-Experience working with government entities and/or institutional funders
-High-level proficiency in both English and Hebrew
-Strong initiative and ability to work independently
