Overview

A leading and mission-driven organization is seeking an experienced Director of Resource Development to join its North American Jewish Communities Department in a key, high-impact role.

Position Overview:

– Lead fundraising efforts with donors and Jewish communities across North America
– Develop and maintain relationships with individual donors, foundations, and partner organizations
– Build and implement strategic fundraising plans and targeted campaigns
– Work closely with internal and international stakeholders
– Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and donor reports
– Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and international events

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in fundraising / resource development – required
– Strong familiarity with North American Jewish communities – required
– Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written) – required
– Proficiency in Hebrew – required
– Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
– Initiative, creativity, and strategic thinking
– Willingness to travel internationally as needed
