Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and develop investment theses
• Support due diligence across product, market, competition, and financials
• Build and maintain valuation and benchmarking models
• Track developments in the Israeli tech ecosystem and support pipeline creation
• Support portfolio companies as they scale globally
• Join management meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships

Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in VC/PE, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Strategy Consulting
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
• High ownership, independence, and motivation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
• Comfortable operating in a non‑hierarchical, fast‑paced environment
• Fluent English; strong proficiency in Hebrew is an advantage

As part of a small and agile team, you will gain broad exposure to the full investment lifecycle: thesis development, market research, financial analysis, due diligence, fund management, portfolio support, and investment decision‑making.
