Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous, organized, and people-oriented CTS Representative to join our operations and broker support department. This role includes producing reinsurance contracts
(Slips), entering data into internal systems, working closely with international teams, preparing Excel reports, and supporting accounting and collection processes.
Hybrid: onsite 4 days a week, one day from home.
Key Responsibilities:
● Produce reinsurance contracts (Slips) and ensure data accuracy in documents.
● Enter transaction data into a proprietary in-house system.
● Verify data accuracy and complete missing details.
● Work regularly in English with our teams in London, Prague, and India.
● Prepare Excel reports, including premium and commission calculations.
● Monitor and support collection and claims processes.
● Collaborate with internal departments as needed.
Requirements:
● Full fluency in English (writing/reading/speaking) and minimal proficiency in Hebrew
(writing/reading/speaking) – mandatory
● Strong Excel skills (including formulas and pivot tables)
● High attention to detail and accuracy in work
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and strong service orientation
