This is an NBN Connect role on behalf of another organization.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and systems-driven Sales Operations Manager professional to optimize, scale, and automate our go-to-market engine. This role is central to aligning marketing, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs 
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Optimize lead lifecycle management, from acquisition through conversion and retention
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistent reporting across all revenue systems
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to streamline processes and eliminate friction
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (required), including workflow automation and reporting
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and lifecycle stages
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
