Overview
A leading public-sector organization in Israel is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support its international education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative and operational support for international education programs and activities
– Coordinate logistics with partners in Israel and abroad, including educational institutions, vendors, and government bodies
– Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for program participants and staff
– Handle correspondence in English and Hebrew with international partners
– Support program registration processes, documentation, and data tracking
– Assist in budget follow-up, invoicing, and coordination with finance teams
– Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide ongoing support to program managers
Qualifications:
– High level of English (spoken and written) – required
– Previous administrative / coordination experience – strong advantage
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
– Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, multicultural environment
