Overview

Key Responsibilities:

– Strategy & Team Leadership: Lead, plan, and execute the organization’s resource development strategy, while guiding and motivating fundraising teams and partnership managers.
– Philanthropy Management & Retention: Deepen relationships with our existing network—major philanthropists, family foundations, and institutional entities both in Israel and globally.
– Business Development & Growth
– Senior Representation & Networking: Represent the organization at international conferences, high-level forums, and donor events.

Qualifications: 

🎯Senior Management Experience: At least 7 years of experience managing resource development and business development

🎯 Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in market development and managing strategic partnerships across the corporate sector, public sector, or local philanthropy – Mandatory.

🎯 Proven “Door-Opening” Ability – Mandatory.

🎯 Languages & Mobility: Native-level Hebrew, presentation-level English.

🎯 Education: Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory.

🎯 Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce.
