Tour Plus is looking for an outstanding sales professional to join us as a Vacation Consultant for our English-speaking clientele.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes sales and service – someone who knows how to listen, understand what a client really wants, build trust and confidently guide the conversation through to a booking.

At Tour Plus, we don’t simply sell a hotel room or quote a price. We help our clients choose the vacation experience that’s right for them.

The role includes:

• Becoming an expert in our hotels, destinations and vacation programs

• Consulting with new and returning clients and recommending the right vacation

• Managing the full sales journey from initial inquiry through booking

• Proactive follow-up and building long-term client relationships

• Presenting options, answering questions and confidently handling objections • Managing the sales pipeline through our CRM

• Working toward individual and team sales goals

Requirements:

• Native-level English speaker – a must

• Previous sales experience – a must

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Outstanding communication and customer-service skills

• A genuine passion for sales and achieving results

• Ability to conduct a consultative, premium sales process

• An appreciation for travel, hotels and high-quality hospitality experiences

• Strong organization, follow-up and personal responsibility

• Familiarity with the Jewish religious/observant community and lifestyle – a significant advantage

• Good command of Hebrew – an advantage

• Previous travel or hospitality experience – an advantage, but not essential
