Overview

We are seeking an experienced Title Proofer with expertise in New York and/or New Jersey title work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys reviewing and perfecting title reports with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Freelance/Contractor

Location: Remote or office-based in Jerusalem

Hours: Flexible – Full-time (approximately 32 hours per week) or Part-Time

Responsibilities: 

• Proofread and review New York and/or New Jersey title commitments and related documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Identify and correct errors, omissions, and formatting issues.

• Ensure title documents meet company quality standards and applicable state requirements.

• Communicate with our U.S.-based team regarding questions, revisions, and order updates.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience proofing New York and/or New Jersey title commitments.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

• Open to U.S. or Israeli hours
