We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Tax Technician – Support Specialist to join our growing team!
Position Overview
This is an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to start a career in tax and accounting. You’ll play an essential role supporting our tax accounting staff with the preparation of U.S. tax returns, data entry, and filing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and is tech savvy!
Key Responsibilities
- Support tax staff in preparing and processing U.S. tax filings for clients in venture capital, private equity, and partnerships.
- Review and extract data from financial statements.
- Input and manage client information within accounting software systems.
- Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment to ensure accuracy and timely completion of client deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business).
- Strong computer proficiency, includingMicrosoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- English proficiency required (spoken and written).
- Big plus: experience with financial statements
