Overview

Multifocus Eyewear , a glasses store in the center of town, is looking for a reliable, motivated full-time staff member with growth potential into a store manager role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and wants long-term stability with room to take responsibility.

What the role includes:
Customer service and sales in the store
Managing day-to-day store operations
Working with computers, basic systems, and orders
Helping with store organization, follow-ups, and simple promotions
Taking ownership when the store is busy, and initiative when it’s quiet.

Requirements: 

Fluent in Hebrew and English
Comfortable with computers (no advanced tech skills required)
Responsible, trustworthy, and self-motivated
Previous retail or management experience is a plus, but not required

Training will be provided. Optical experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

Hours:
Flexible/Full-time (details discussed with suitable candidates)
