About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Social Media & Digital Communications Specialist to lead our online presence across corporate and consumer channels. The position involves promoting our brand
image, technologies, and product lines in both Homeland Security (HLS) markets and consumer segments, ensuring a consistent voice while reaching vastly different audiences.
This role combines creative storytelling, strategic marketing, and analytical thinking to increase awareness, engagement, and credibility in global markets.
Responsibilities Strategic Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to both HLS and consumer audiences.
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and industry-specific platforms.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate communications guidelines.
Content Creation & Management
• Create engaging visual and written content, including posts, product videos, infographics, case studies, and success stories.
• Build narratives that highlight the value of our security solutions and consumer products.
• Coordinate with product managers, sales teams, and technical specialists to translate complex technologies into clear, market-oriented messaging.
Brand Awareness & Reputation
• Strengthen brand positioning through thought-leadership, innovation messaging, and professional engagement.
• Manage crisis messaging procedures on digital platforms where necessary.
• Drive social community management and interaction with professional organizations, media, and influencers.
Performance & Analytics
• Track KPI performance on all platforms with regular reporting and actionable insights.
• Optimize campaigns using data on engagement, reach, audience behavior, and conversion metrics.
• Monitor competitive activities and industry trends.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Security Studies, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or corporate communications (experience in HLS/technology/defense markets is an advantage).
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Solid understanding of brand positioning across technical and consumer markets.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Ability to manage sensitive content with discretion and compliance awareness.
