Overview

Responsible for managing in-store sales support and online order processing at Bombay Store.

Duties include assisting customers, maintaining product displays, handling billing, picking and packing e-commerce orders, coordinating with inventory, and ensuring timely dispatch. The role requires accuracy, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both walk-in customers and online orders efficiently.

Qualifications:

Basic computer skills (POS / e-commerce systems)
Attention to detail (accurate picking, packing, billing)
Inventory handling and stock organization
Customer handling and communication
Ability to stand long hours
Light lifting / warehouse handling
Time management and multitasking
Prior retail / fulfillment experience preferred (not mandatory)
