A high-quality hotel in Jerusalem is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a dynamic and challenging leadership role in a professional and pleasant working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel’s restaurants
• Manage, train, motivate, and lead restaurant staff
• Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff scheduling and shift planning
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Monitor inventory, costs, and daily operations
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and food safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a restaurant or hotel restaurant – mandatory
• Proven experience leading and managing teams – mandatory
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Good command of English
